SPORT11GROUP – Sport 11 AG, based in Schindellegi – takes footballers all the way to the top. As a player representation agency we combine classic career planning and transfer management with a strong network, modern talent identification and personal support.
Since we were founded, the priority has never been the quick transfer, but the long-term development of every player – as an athlete and as a person. From the Swiss Super League to Europe's major leagues, we look after talent and professionals at home and abroad.
We think about football as a whole: sporting development, contracts, media, marketing and personal advice – all from one source and always in the player's interest.

Founder & Managing Director
Gianluca Di Domenico
Gianluca Di Domenico is the founder and Managing Director of Sport 11 AG. His football career began alongside Murat Yakin – as assistant coach at FC Frauenfeld and with the U21s of Grasshopper Club Zurich, where he came to know youth development at the highest level.
As a football agent he has guided talent and professionals through national and international football for 20 years – from the Super League to Europe's major leagues. His approach: long-term career planning, a strong network and personal support that goes beyond the individual transfer.

Francesco Ciringione
Francesco Ciringione combines football with entrepreneurship, technology and media. As a publisher – among others of the magazines «Prestige» and «Ventura» – and founder of the football app Footbao, he brings an exceptional network and wide reach to player representation.
Footbao is a data-driven talent identification platform backed by football figures such as Murat Yakin. His focus: making talent visible, building players as brands and shortening the path between talent and the big stage.

Kustrim Dzaferi
Kustrim Dzaferis professional career began at the Education Department of the Canton of Zurich, where he still works today. In his younger years he also completed elite football training at FC Zurich.
He then focused on his professional career but stayed true to football, playing for many years in Switzerlands highest amateur division, todays Promotion League.
Kustrim Dzaferi also holds the UEFA A coaching licence. At Sport 11 he works in scouting and additionally supports the care of our athletes.
Kustrim Dzaferi is a father of three.
Scout
Indrit Dzaferi
After training as a technical merchant, Indrit Dzaferi works in a management role at ERZ, a company owned by the City of Zurich, where he is still employed today.
Previously, Indrit Dzaferi completed his elite football training at FC Zurich and played in the Challenge League and the Promotion League.
Today Indrit is a father of three, holds the UEFA B licence and is committed as a youth coach at FC United Zürich, where he develops young players and passes on his experience and knowledge to the next generation.
At Sport 11 he works in scouting and additionally supports the care of our athletes.
